How long does the sharpening process take?
Our sharpening process typically takes 24 to 48 hours from drop-off to pick-up.
Do you offer same-day sharpening services?
Yes, we offer same-day sharpening for an additional fee. Please call ahead to confirm availability.
How should I prepare my knives for sharpening?
Please ensure your knives are clean and free from any food debris before bringing them in for sharpening. A case or protective wrap/cloth should be provided for each knife that will be returned upon completion.
What service area do you cover?
Currently, we offer services in the Tri-City area and surrounding areas. Pick up and drop offs will be evenings on weekdays, anytime on weekends. If you are unsure if your area is covered, please reach out!
How much does it cost for a service?
Sharp Solutions charges $2.50 per inch of blade length. This straightforward pricing means you only pay for the knives you bring in for sharpening. Simply measure the blade from the tip to where it meets the handle. For example, a knife with an 8-inch blade costs $20 to sharpen. Order minimums may apply to avoid transportation fees.
